An amazing Greek tragedy, showing Oedipus' pride, ignorance, and vanity before revealing his shame and horror at his identity and actions. Oedipus looks into his past and the past of Thebes in order to heal his sickened city, but in his search to see the truth, realizes that he has truly been blind his whole life.
