I've knit two pairs of socks from this book; the instructions are complete and easy to follow. There are patterns to suit a newbie or a pro.

I own this book, and have used a few of the pattern to great success. I love that most of the patterns have great stitch patterns to keep them interesting.

I gave this three stars because, although the patterns in this book are "timeless" as the cover says, the photos are not great.
I've knit almost every sock in the book, and I would say that my favorite are Ilga's socks, particularly because of the toe construction, which is quite unique!
