While a quick read, the author does little to develop the characters. The twists ans turns are somewhat predictable, but it was entertaining nonetheless. For me it falls into the long-line of Amazon.com published books (Lake Union Publishing) that have fallen short of expectation.

It was OK, but I agree that the writing does not have much depth, and it takes away from the story.
