“The gaiaphage. That's the other word they use. 'Gaia,' as in world. 'Phage,' as in a worm or something that eats something up. I'm going to go way out on a limb here and say I don't think something that calls itself a 'world eater' is a good thing.”

A fast-paced thriller--I could NOT stop reading! No kids should have to go through what these ones are and because of this, they have all grown exponentially, making them quite dynamic. The action in the story kept me turning the pages, the suspense I could hardly bear, and the horror element...when will the gaiaphage be defeated? Aargh, thank you Michael Grant for another great read that absorbed me so much, that I was almost depressed that the novel had to end. I cannot wait until the next installment because this one has left me begging for more. If you haven't read Plague (or the Gone series for that matter), grab yourself a copy and get sucked into the FAYZ!!!!
